Vivian Carter is originally from Bastrop, Louisiana. She earned her B.S. in Child Life and Family Studies from Ruston, Louisiana. She has Teaching Certification in Elementary Education. She has worked in the education field for 27 years. Vivian is a District Literacy Coach who believes the purpose of coaching is to unlock people's potential to maximize their performance. She believes you should leverage an individual's total capacity by “helping” them learn rather than telling them. Vivian is a wife and a mother of three children.
