About me
Crystal Williams is originally from Albuquerque, NM where she received her BA in Psychology and MA in Elementary Education. She has worked in a variety of educational settings--public, private, and charter--and distilled best practices from her time in the classroom and as a leader to share with others as an instructional coach. She is currently in her sixth year coaching and loves the transformation that is born from vulnerability. When she is not focused on social equity through education, she is playing with her Boxer Shepherd, Bernice, or reading books on anything from building open-hearted relationships to astrophysics.
