About me
Ms. Angela Hickman is a graduate of Xavier University and has a Master’s degree in Education Administration from Prairie View A&M. She began her career in Humble ISD as a Pre-K Paraprofessional. Ms. Hickman has taught grade levels ranging from Pre-K to Fifth Grade. Hickman received her Montessori Certification from North America Montessori Center. She has been a Montessori Teacher for six years, while teaching first and second grade simultaneously. Angela has fifteen years of educational experience. Ms. Hickman presents to educators for workshops in Aldine ISD and at Texas A&M. Angela has a passion for coaching teachers. She builds teacher capacity by modeling and demonstrating virtual and face-to-face lesson plans, guidance on various digital integration and educational platforms. She has coined the term “The Teachers’ Teacher.” As an educator, she continues to sharpen her skills with continued professional development.
