About me
Rafael Esteban is a recognized educator, entrepreneur, and speaker who has presented at State and national conferences like TABE, NABE, HAABE, and SAABE. He graduated from the Universidad del Rosario in Bogota Colombia in 1997 with a degree in International Business and Economics.
From there, he earned his Post Baccalaureate in Education in 2006 from Texas Southern University, after he received his Master in International Business in 2014 From Houston Baptist University, and in 2020 he received his level 1 certification in Leadership and Mentoring from Texas A&M.
He found his footing in the education space, helping teachers use the power of words to enable them to surpass the real-education challenges.
Rafael Esteban’s research about organizations in Colombia (1988) is one of the referents in the organizational climate today, his education research is more dedicated to establishing the relationship between personality and learning in the early stages, lately, his work has been dedicated to finding instructional patterns using data mining.
When not teaching or helping colleagues reclaim their time, Rafael can be found at home with his two daughters playing a mean game of domino or practicing Krav Maga. A proud father, he believes there’s no such thing as a dull moment.”
