This coaching series focuses on implementing Eureka Math TEKS Edition successfully. It was designed for new implementers as well as groups with experienced Eureka Math TEKS Edition teachers seeking additional customized support to improve their implementation. Teacher will address specific areas for improvement and the Guided Observation for Leaders will focus on observing for effective teaching practices.
Participants will ● Describe the purpose of the Concept Development and its effective implementation. ● Plan for instruction that engages students in developing an understanding of new concepts by connecting them to previously learned concepts. ● Use the Implementation Support Tool (IST) as a means of preparation, execution, and reflection. ● Explain how their new understanding will immediately influence their instruction.
